Awesome!!! I just started Beta this week! The Rip'T Circuit was so hard last night I did it again today because I want to get better. I decided to order Gamma as well.

I love the idea of keeping track. I try to do this with miles but get so behind in what I do at the gym - think this would help me better keep track of what days I'm doing legs, core, etc.

I'm doing t25 right now too! Have you seen more results with the Beta circuit? I'm almost done with Alpha and I'm definitely stronger with more endurance, but I haven't really toned up much like I was hoping.
