I don't have much to share today. We went to pick out nursery paint colors last night and that is one hard job!! We came home with a few but just aren't sure. Nicole gave me the idea to pick bedding first and then match paint to that!? Maybe we try that.
Any Mom's out there have any good ideas where to get crib bedding? Go!
I am excited to announce the winner of the $25 credit to Pink Blush Maternity is:
Congrats!!!
You have some awesome items to pick from - check out a couple of the new arrivals I am swooning over:
Ca-ute! :)
Thank you again Pink Blush!!

And randomly...
Here's a delicious and easy idea of a summer time dessert...yum. And even though it's raining I say it's summer so we can all eat this.
And a cute idea for the garden with broken glasses or cheap dollar store ones!
And a good quote.
And tomorrows Friday.
The end. :)

That's good advice on the nursery. We haven't even attempted picking anything out yet, but I'll have to remember to look for bedding first.

I'm sure it would be hard, but with bedding it would give you the right tones to pick!!
Wow we have the same weather! It's raining here too!!

We luckily found the perfect colors on our first try (didn't even buy samples!) but picking colors is HARD! And good luck with bedding... that is super hard too! HAHA

I think I might have told you this but we ordered our bedding from this site - http://www.babybedding.com/ then you can only buy waht you need vs don't need. Many sets come with heavy comforters that you cannot use and don't and same with bumper pads so you'd use less than half the set sometimes!

I have zero ideas where to buy baby stuff! But I'll be coming to you for help and ideas when it's my time :)

Yes, picking out bedding first will help with paint colors. Where to shop...I don't know. Around here I would tell you to go to Target (duh) but since yours is new it probably doesn't have much of a selection just yet. I have heard of the Land of Nod so give that a try.
Can't wait to see pictures once you're finished!

I'm sure you will find the perfect bedding! Plus it doesn't have to match exactly. What kind of look are you going for?

Mmm peaches and ice cream looks delicious! We tried something similar last year and it didn't turn out at all- the peaches weren't ripe enough.

And you spelled my name wrong, it's not T-A-M-I, it's N-I-C-O-L-E! Close though! Haha!

Really all you need to buy is sheets. I was gifted a crib set and only use the sheets. They say bumper pads pose lots of risks and you aren't suppose to use blankets so the comforter hangs on the side as decoration.

I always thought Winners/Homesense had cute kid's stuff.....and I bet Target does too! We had a full on Winnie the Pooh set for our son, and we never ONCE used the comforter.....it was just too big and bulky! Have you searched Pinterest for nursery colour ideas? Bet there are a ton on there...
