Happy Monday!

We had an incredible weekend. Saturday morning was beautiful at the lake.
Sun was shining, birds were chirping and the lake was calm.
We sat outside and had breakfast, all of us did a workout and then procrastinated as long as we could before getting ready for the wedding.

Us at the lake before leaving.

Lindsey and Steve's wedding was great.
It was an outdoor ceremony at the Botanical Garden's just outside Edmonton.
(Gran, you would have loved it!)
Thank goodness the sun was shining.

I now promounce you Mr. & Mrs. T!

The 2 handsome groomsmen. Looking good Neil & brother!

The reception was at a golf course in Edmonton.
My fabulous family.

Mom and Dad looking good!

Lindsey and Steve's First Dance
I thought I loved you then - Brad Paisley
Great choice, I love that song.

We had a blast. There were so many lake friends and family which made it a great party.
Here's Jeff getting the party started!
He initiated this 'dance with the bride' game and raised more money for the organization in memory of Lindsey's Dad.

The groom got in on the game too!

Myself and the stunning bride.

Happy Father's Day!
Sunday was "The perfect" day at the lake.
MY Perfect = Being in my bikini & SPF 30 from 8:30am-4:00pm, boat floats, swimming, tanning, reading in the sun, being surrounded with family and Cruz being on cloud nine.
It was HOT!

My Dad doing what he does best on Father's Day.

Cruz and I went for a swim. So refreshing!

Drying off kisses!

Wet watch dog on our boat float.

Cruz wake surfing with Dad. Her little legs were a shaking until she got comfortable!

Diving for a stick

Taking a seat on the way home! So cute.

And yes, you guessed it - she slept all the way home and all evening until we actually put her in her kennel for bedtime!

Sounds like a perfect weekend! Is your lake in Alberta? I've been looking for lakes here, and our "fake" chestermere lake is as close as I can find!

Yeah it's 3 hours from here. Near Edmonton (close to Spruce Grove or Stony Plain) It's called Lake Wabamun and we are at Seba Beach. It's great. Very clean, sandy and warms up nice in the summer!
